Non-Profit Status and Donations

Assistive Tech And, Inc. is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing them with free life-changing assistive technology devices and supportive services. Please note that we are currently in the process of obtaining our 501(c)(3) status. As such, donations made at this time are not yet tax-deductible. However, once we receive our 501(c)(3) status, all donations made prior to this designation will be retroactively tax-deductible.

Donation Restrictions

At this time, we can only accept donations from residents of Tennessee. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work on changing this.

By engaging with Assistive Tech And, Inc., whether through donations, volunteering, using our website, or other forms of participation, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
